Catholic Education Center, LLC - Catechist Formation Courses

The Catholic Education Center, LLC, offers Online Catechist Formation
Courses for Arlington Diocese Catechists and Catholic Teachers. Each course
has ten classes and counts as 10 hours toward Catechist Certifcation. The
content of these courses has been approved by the Diocese of Arlington, and
may be used towards their Catechist Certification (each course as ten clock
hours).

The Online Courses are designed for busy teachers and parish catechists! You can
work on your course work at your convenience (they are not time-released)
from any computer with internet access. Each class has documents to read, a
quiz and a discussion forum to share your ideas with other teachers!

To register for a class, please download THIS FORM, fill it in and mail it to the
address on the form. You will receive verification of your registration by
email (please add us to your address book:
catholiceducationcenter@yahoo.com) as well as a user name and password to
enter the online classroom. If you are already registered, please enter the
ONLINE CLASSROOM here!

Arlington Diocese Fees and Discounts/Schoarships:

Registration Fees: $100.00 per course + $10.00 Registration Fee - be sure to
apply for discounts and scholarships listed below!

Catechist/Teacher Discounts $15 off! (Registration Fee only $85!):
To receive a parish or school discount ($15.00), download the registration form
(purple button at left) and complete the form. To qualify for this discount, you
must be an active Teacher or Catechist. Have your Principal, DRE or Parish
Priest authorize/sign your form to receive the $15 discount.

Arlington Diocese Scholarship $45 off! (Registration Fee only $50!):
The Diocese of Arlington offers scholarships for its employees and parish
catechists (in addition to the Catechist/Teacher discount offered by the Catholic
Education Center, LLC). To qualify for this scholarship, you need to register
through your parish/school. Download the registration form (purple button at
left) and complete the form. Have your Principal, DRE or Parish Priest authorize
your form, and mail it to the Catholic Education Center, LLC. Your
parish/school will be billed ONLY $50! The Catholic Education Center, LLC
will apply directly to the Diocese of Arlington for the Scholarship funds.

Reactivation Fee - If you have previously registered for a course, but did not
complete it, you will receive a coupon to re-register for your course and
received credit for material already completed, for only $25.00. If you have
already received the Catechist/Teacher Discount and Diocesan Scholarship for
this course, these credits cannot be re-applied to your course. Using this coupon
is an $85.00 disount!
