| The Catholic Education Center, LLC, offers Online Catechist Formation Courses, each course has ten classes and counts as 10 hours toward Catechist Certifcation. The content of these courses has been approved by the Dioceses of Arlington, Knoxville, Grand Rapids, and Peoria, and may be used towards their Catechist Certification (each course as ten clock hours). The Online Courses are designed for busy teachers and parish catechists! You can work on your course work at your convenience (they are not time-released) - from any computer with internet access. Each class has documents to read, a quiz and a discussion forum to share your ideas with other teachers! To receive a scholarship from the Diocese of Arlington, you will need the signature of your Principal or DRE. You will receive verification of your registration by email (please add us to your address book: catholiceducationcenter@yahoo.com) as well as a user name and password to enter the online classroom.
